Landevo’s team is our greatest asset and at the heart of what we do.
Jamie has spent over 20 years in the property industry, with a strong focus on development & investment. Before that, he spent 10 years in retail operations & ecommerce, which brings a practical, commercial perspective to everything he does.
He has led major projects & property programmes across the UK, working with FTSE 100 companies and expert consultant teams to deliver projects that create real value. Jamie is all about making things happen, shaping strategy, building teams, finding the right opportunities, managing acquisitions, securing planning permissions and getting projects delivered.
From concept to completion, Jamie brings hands-on property experience and a sharp focus on delivering results for clients.
Phil’s 35 year career in development & construction leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams for programmes and projects across many sectors is invaluable in bringing a strategic and pragmatic approach to our client’s objectives of any size, complexity, or value.
Having worked within Client, Consultancy, and Contractor organisations throughout his career he is able to provide valuable insight and technical knowledge with a practical understanding of project development, planning process, and multi-disciplinary team leadership delivering focus and clarity to meet client’s specific success criteria while maximising value and mitigating risk.
From project concept, driving & delivering planning strategy, and construction, Phil has a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.
Neil has over 20 years’ experience in development, transport planning, and engineering bringing his knowledge and experience to the team in an advisory role.
Jayne is an experienced Human Resources and Compliance professional with over 28 years of expertise in people management, organisational development, and regulatory frameworks. A Chartered CIPD graduate, Jayne has worked across a wide range of industries, helping businesses develop strong HR systems and achieve operational excellence.
At Landevo, Jayne assists in managing HR processes, compliance frameworks, and ISO accreditations, ensuring that the company maintains the highest standards of governance, quality, and safety. She is also IOSH-trained in Managing Health and Safety, bringing a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing and risk management.
Jayne’s career has been defined by her practical and balanced leadership style, her in-depth knowledge of employment law, and her ability to align business objectives with a genuine commitment to people.
Outside of work Jayne loves walking her dogs and spending time with family and friends.
Paul brings over 30 years of experience in property having led teams with responsibility for Acquisition, Planning , Pre-Construction and Construction in many industry sectors across the UK.
Paul has also worked internationally, spending two years in China and Taiwan researching global retail landscapes and identifying development opportunities for a major UK retailer.
In his role as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Landevo, Paul is working closely with Motor Fuel Group, supporting their ambitious investment programme delivering key projects across the UK.
He is also dedicated Bournemouth Football Club fan… following his faithful ‘Cherries’ to all corners of the UK!
