The last 15 years have been in senior property roles leading on multi-million pound investment programmes and asset management projects. The senior property roles have been a combination of leading multi disciplinary teams both internally within FTSE 100 companies and external professional development teams. These roles have all been focused on development of property portfolios and specifically on delivery and return on investment across different sectors and uses.
Jamie is highly experienced in shaping property strategy, leading property acquisitions, and contract negotiations through to construction delivery. This supported by extensive ‘on the job’ experience across all aspects of the development process on complex projects across the UK.
Since 2000 Phil has specialised in Programme, Project and Development Management and Contract Administration. His experience across multiple project roles is invaluable in driving best value and understanding and mitigating risk at all stages of a project with a determination to deliver client specific success criteria.
Phil has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in leisure, industrial, infrastructure, retail, education, airport, defence, and mining sectors between RIBA Stages 0 – 7, has acted as an advisor to charity trustees on new development, and has been a become trusted advisor to a number of valued clients over his career.
Making full use of her experience in Project Management, Business Development, Marketing, Procurement and Administration across the hospitality, leisure, retail, education, commercial and industrial sectors; Gemma has a proven ability to balance complex workloads, identify opportunities and solve problems at all levels. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, comfortable with the efficient coordination of multi-discipline teams.
Passionately client-focused, Gemma approaches everything she takes on with energy and enthusiasm this supported by her experience and attention to detail.
Gemma is also the Non-Executive Director of Cheltenham-based children’s charity, Every Cloud Play & Creative Arts Therapy (CIC), an active member of Gloucester Civic Trust, a writer and musician.
